By downloading, accessing, or using the Glass Padel mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Virtual Currency (Coins)
Important: Please read this section carefully regarding virtual currency purchases.
- The App offers a virtual currency ("Coins") that can be purchased through the App Store.
- Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
- Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
- Coins may be used to unlock features such as match creation and Elo ranking.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to:
- Uploading offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
- Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App's services.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, except as required by law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.
